    Our Guarantee

    We guarantee all of the products sold at Treasure Valley Supply, Inc. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund.

    Returning Online & Phone Orders

    The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, except in the case of manufacturer defects. All merchandise, except guaranteed Steccone® products, must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To return merchandise purchased by phone or on treasurevalleysupply.com, we recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. Please mail your return to the following address:

    Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

    Treasure Valley Supply, Inc. is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your own records.

    Refund Process

    Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.

    A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

    Exchanges

    Merchandise exchanges can be made through our Contact Form or by calling us at 1-844-990-5400.

    If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or metal type, you will not be charged shipping for the new item, however, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    If you are making an exchange for a different item, an additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.
    If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee.

    If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.

    Mistakes or Damaged Items

    Any order mistakes or damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt. While Treasure Valley Supply, Inc. makes every effort to provide quality items and correct orders, mistakes do happen. If you receive an order with a mistake or damaged item use our form to Contact Us or call us at 1-844-990-5400. Please provide the order number and the SKU/Part numbers of the products that are not correct or that are damaged. You will not be charged shipping when replacing mistakes or damaged items.
